Emergency Notice
Gyne.pk provides online consultations for non-emergency conditions only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Emergency Notice
At Gyne.pk, patient safety is our highest priority. Our platform provides online gynecology consultations for non-emergency medical conditions only. Because telemedicine has inherent limitations, it cannot replace emergency medical care, hospital treatment, or an in-person physical examination.
Telemedicine Has Important Limitations
Online consultations are based on the patient's reported symptoms, medical history, photographs, laboratory reports, and other information voluntarily shared during the consultation. Our doctors cannot physically examine a patient, monitor vital signs in real time, perform emergency procedures, administer medications, conduct surgery, or provide life-saving interventions through the internet.
For this reason, Gyne.pk is not designed or intended to diagnose or manage medical emergencies.
Conditions That Require Immediate Hospital Care
You should stop using Gyne.pk immediately and seek urgent medical attention if you experience, or suspect, any of the following:
- Severe or uncontrolled bleeding.
- Chest pain or symptoms of a heart attack.
- Difficulty breathing or severe shortness of breath.
- Stroke symptoms, including sudden weakness, facial drooping, slurred speech, or confusion.
- Loss of consciousness or repeated fainting.
- Convulsions or seizures.
- Severe allergic reactions with swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
- Serious accidents, burns, fractures, or head injuries.
- Poisoning or drug overdose.
- Severe abdominal pain or sudden collapse.
- Any condition that rapidly worsens or appears life-threatening.
The examples above are not exhaustive. Any illness or injury requiring immediate medical attention should be treated at a hospital rather than through an online consultation.
Pregnancy and Women's Health Emergencies
Although Gyne.pk specializes in women's healthcare, pregnancy and gynecological emergencies require immediate in-person evaluation.
Immediately visit the nearest Government Hospital or emergency healthcare facility if you experience:
- Heavy vaginal bleeding during pregnancy.
- Severe abdominal or pelvic pain.
- Suspected ectopic pregnancy.
- Reduced or absent fetal movements.
- Leakage of amniotic fluid.
- Convulsions during pregnancy.
- Severe headache with blurred vision during pregnancy.
- High fever after delivery.
- Severe postpartum bleeding.
- Signs of shock, collapse, or loss of consciousness.
- Any condition where you believe the life or health of the mother or baby may be at risk.
These emergencies require physical examination, monitoring, diagnostic investigations, and hospital-based treatment that cannot be provided through telemedicine.
Hospital Referral
If, during an online consultation, our healthcare professional believes your condition cannot be safely managed online, you may be advised to attend a hospital, emergency department, maternity unit, or specialist clinic immediately.
Such recommendations are made in the interest of patient safety and should be followed without unnecessary delay.
Response Times
Although Gyne.pk strives to respond promptly, our platform is not continuously monitored as an emergency response service. Messages sent through WhatsApp, website chat, email, or contact forms may not receive an immediate response.
Patients must never rely on these communication channels during a medical emergency.
Our Scope of Service
Gyne.pk does not provide:
- Ambulance services.
- Emergency room treatment.
- Hospital admission.
- Emergency surgery.
- Labour room or delivery services.
- Blood transfusion services.
- Intensive care.
- Continuous patient monitoring.
- Emergency diagnostic procedures.
Our role is limited to providing telemedicine consultations for appropriate non-emergency conditions.
Patient Responsibility
By using Gyne.pk, you acknowledge that you understand the limitations of telemedicine and accept responsibility for seeking immediate in-person medical care whenever your symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, or potentially life-threatening.
Providing accurate medical information during an online consultation remains the patient's responsibility, but emergency situations should always be managed at an appropriate healthcare facility.
Limitation of Liability
Gyne.pk provides online medical consultations for non-emergency healthcare only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gyne.pk, its doctors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, complication, delay, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of the platform for emergency conditions, delays in seeking hospital care, inaccurate information provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Our Commitment
We believe responsible telemedicine includes recognizing its limits. Whenever a condition requires emergency medical attention, our priority is not to continue an online consultation but to encourage immediate hospital care.
